We are urgently seeking fulltime experienced sales and marketing manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be covering the Portsmouth/ Southsea area. The job role will involve generating new business and creating new marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will be from a sales background and be reliable, highly motivated, extremely driven and enthusiastic, have excellent people skills and be of smart appearance with a proven track record.

There is currently an exciting opportunity to join our lettings department. The main duties will include carrying out viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, pairing tenants to properties, chasing up important leads, arranging rental appraisals, gaining instructions, advising on services and providing advice on the latest legislation. Weekly and Monthly targets will be set and as part of the lettings team the main priority will be to ensure that targets are met.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, articulate, organised, have an excellent telephone manner, an eye for detail, good keyboard skills, a friendly attitude and be of smart appearance and have the ability to clench deals!
Experience in a lettings/sales environment would be advantageous.

There is currently an exciting opportunity to be part of our lettings department at our North End Branch. The main duties will include tenant referencing, preparation of tenancy agreements, daily board runs, property lists, dealing with clients on a daily basis and other general office admin.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic highly organised, have an excellent telephone manner, professional and friendly attitude an eye for detail, good IT/ keyboard skills, and be of smart appearance and have excellent customer service skills.
Experience in a lettings/office environment would be advantageous.
