How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
These security measures include: password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information, SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely or PCI Scanning to actively protect our servers from hackers and other vulnerabilities.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Yes - Cookies are small text files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers' hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Whilst cookies can be used to track a user's activities across several web sites, Tenant Network does not use any third party service that tracks a users' activity. The only third party service Tenant Network uses to gather anonymous user data is through the Google Analytics Service.
The Tenant Network site uses what is known as a server session cookie, this identifies the user to the web site to allow the web site to remember certain actions when moving from page to page. These actions are stored on the server and not the end user. In order to comply with the changes brought in by the EU Directive on Cookies and other technologies for storing information on 26th May 2011. Whilst we would encourage the user to allow cookies to be used in order to benefit from the features of the site, should the user wish they can turn off allowing cookies from the Tenant Network Site, however, this may interfere with the user's experience and some aspects of the site will not work.
