Arranging Viewings

All of our viewings are accompanied and can be booked by calling your local office or by completing our online registration form.

Once you have shortlisted the properties you want to view one of our lettings consultants will accompany you on viewings and provide full property particulars and answer any questions you may have.

When to start your search

The best time to look for a student property is at the beginning of the year the earlier the better in our opinion. Students who are prepared and start looking early will secure a property that meets their requirements i.e. location and quality of property. Students, who look later in the year will almost certainly miss out on some of the better properties that are available, start your search in January to avoid disappointment!

New listings

Whenever we receive a new property instruction we will inform all active student applicants on database via email or phone. Keeping you fully informed so that you don't miss out! Keep an eye on or website as this is updated on a daily basis.
