When ever we receive new properties on our books we will inform all active student applicants on database via email or phone. Keeping you fully informed so that you don't miss out!
Once you have shortlisted the properties you want to view one of our lettings consultants will accompany you on viewings and provide full property particulars and answer any questions you may have.
We will prepare tenancy agreements and provide you with a draft copy before you sign in order for you to thoroughly understand your obligations. We will also prepare guarantor agreements to be signed by a parent or guardian.
Most deposits received are secured in the TDS within 14 days of receipt. If the deposit is passed on to your landlord they will be responsible for placing your deposit in a recognised scheme within 14 days and they will have to provide full information of where your deposit is secured.

An Inventory will be carried out by a third party company listing the contents and condition of the property. A copy will be given to you which will be referred to at the end of the tenancy to check for damages and missing items.
