Tenant Network has launched a new property sales business to complement its thriving rental and franchise operations.
Network Sales will build on the success and great reputation of the lettings side of the business and our franchise operation and means we can offer an even fuller range of services to customers.
"It's definitely the right time to open up a sales division,\" says director Chay Ebert. \"It means we can now offer our customers an even wider range of services from property sales and purchases to lettings and management.
"We have a big list of potential purchasers in the many investor landlord we already work with and we obviously also work with a large number of tenants who may wish to buy a property in the future.
"We've only just launched Network Sales and we have already signed up lots of sellers, many of them referrals from existing customers and all taking advance of our very competitive 1% rate.
"We have a very pro-active and highly motivated team and our staff have a huge amount of local knowledge and insight which we think help to set us apart from some of our competitors."
