We are seeking a Fulltime Administrator for our busy Southsea Branch. There is currently an opportunity available within our Admin Department. The main duties will include, tenant referencing, drafting contracts, dealing with landlord and tenant queries, and general office administration.

There is currently an exciting opportunity to join our Southsea Branch. The main duties will include day to day management of the staff and office when the manager is unavailable, liaising with landlords and tenants, arranging and conducting, viewings, rental appraisals, gaining instructions, advising on services and providing advice on the latest legislation. Weekly and Monthly targets will be set and as Assistant Manager the main priority will be to ensure that the office runs smoothly and that Instruction and lettings targets are met.
